Canada-based The Second Cup Coffee is to debut in the US by opening cafes in the state of Florida.
The company cafes offer a variety of blends, espresso-based beverages and iced drinks, signature foods, indulgent treats and premium beverages.
Second Cup International president Jim Ragas said that the company is pleased to announce that they will be opening cafes in the state of Florida and have signed an agreement with their newest franchise partner, Coffee by the Sea.
"Canadian customers have embraced the Second Cup Coffee cafe offerings for over 37 years and internationally for over 10 years, and we wish to continue to build on that momentum with further expansion in new and exciting markets," Ragas said.
"Our first location will be opening this fall in Pembroke Pines, Broward County, Fla. Second Cup believes that having strong owners as operators is instrumental to delivering a superior guest-experience."
Expanded across 19 countries worldwide with 73 locations internationally, Second has opened cafes in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Syria, Jordan, Riyadh, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, US, Cyprus, Romania, Lebanon, Morocco, Kurdistan with also plans to launch in UK and Netherlands soon.
